Matt and his crew were all extremely professional from first contact. Although I spoke with two other companies about getting similar service (Exclusion Service), A&A Wildlife was clearly the best choice. All of the information Matt initially provided me as part of the inspection and quote was the most detailed as well as the most professional. Matt definitely left me with a feeling of confidence that they would perform all services as promised. Communication with Matt and other members of his team was excellent. Matt answered all my questions and left me with a feeling that he and his team had a great deal of experience and they all clearly wanted to do the best job possible and have a satisfied customer.
I like the fact that Matt, the owner of the company, was working right along with Alfredo, Alberto and Christian doing the work at our home. Matt and his crew also had experience working on a home with our type of roof and took all the precautions necessary to insure that no damage was caused while doing the exclusion work. Matt and the crew were also very courteous and respectful of our home. When they entered our house to get to the attic to do the initial inspection and insulation work, they wore shoe covers. It was really refreshing to have a team who took such pride in their work! I appreciate it!
I recently had an issue with squirrels nesting in the roof of a sunroom addition. The exposed crawlspace beneath the room also showed signs of wildlife damage and had missing insulation. I reached out for an estimate to address these concerns, along with repairing some siding and received a prompt response. Jeff came out soon after to conduct a thorough visual inspection and take photos to ensure an accurate estimate. The estimate was ready within a couple days, which seemed fast given the variety of repairs needed for the project. The pricing was fair so I went ahead with all the requested work except the siding repair; I need more time to budget for that, and the squirrel problem seemed more pressing.
Once I accepted the estimate, work was scheduled for the following week. Alfredo, Alberto, and the rest of the crew arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. I am pleased with the result and have not heard squirrels crawling around the roof since then. Thank you for the excellent work.
Hands down one of the best experiences I have had with a service team. Alfredo, Alberto, and Christian arrived on time and got right to work. Not only were they all were knowledgeable, but they were also professional, polite, and personable. They ensured I understood exactly what steps they were performing and where they were in the process. The work was performed exactly as quoted with no point of entry remaining for rodent visitors. My expectations were exceeded and I would highly recommend A&A Wildlife. From Jeff’s quote to installation, there is not a thing that comes to mind that they could improve upon. Thanks so much for a job well done. Looking forward to being rodent free.
The process to seal or screen openings in a structure is known as a home “Exclusion”. Unfortunately, this is not merely a simple, standard process; rather a meticulous endeavor!
Most often, the average homeowner or even a skilled handyman will not be able to safely access all the high areas where critters can easily climb and reach. Moreover, different trapping methods based on the critter type can be crucial for effective removal from the structure.
Despite all exclusion work, most wildlife animals are persistent in nature and can find a way in if their will is strong enough! That is unless you have professional workmanship and a rock solid warranty from A & A to come back when needed.
Our commitment doesn’t end there however. After every last hole is sealed and the critters are gone, it’s important to remove rodent dropping and disinfect the areas affected. Rest assured that if there is a mess of urine and droppings left behind from critters, A & A offers additional services to clean up the infested areas using HEPA filtered vacuums and safe hospital-grade disinfectants.
At A&A Wildlife, we pride ourselves on possessing the skills and experience required to execute every job to the highest standard. Although it’s impossible to predict the behavior of wildlife, you can take comfort in knowing the A & A Team will have your back. We will provide you with peace of mind knowing that we will meet your needs and exceed expectations.
At A&A Wildlife, we operate with full compliance and adherence to state regulations governing pest control and wildlife management. Furthermore, our trapping license obtained through the Georgia Department of Natural Resources highlights our capability to handle wildlife removal operations responsibly and in accordance with state wildlife regulations. These standards serve as a mark of our proficiency and dedication to following industry standards in executing pest control services effectively and ethically.
In addition to our licensure, A&A Wildlife prioritizes the safety and security of both our clientele and team members by maintaining comprehensive liability and workers’ compensation insurance coverage. These policies offer peace of mind to our customers, safeguarding them against any unforeseen accidents, damages, or liabilities. Moreover, our commitment to providing a safe working environment for our employees is reflected in our workers’ compensation insurance, which ensures that our team members are appropriately supported and compensated in the event of work-related injuries.
Obviously our reputation is extremely important to us. Every employee on the A & A Team works very hard to ensure every single customer is fully satisfied and animal free.
Certainly, this commitment is evident in our reviews across the internet. We humbly maintain a consistently positive track record.

EXCELLENT Based on 121 reviews Posted on Google Val PiperTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Bat removal is complete. I can honestly say the job was damn near flawless. 1. A rep came out, inspected the area then explained next steps. Once we were on board, he gave an estimate. 2. As scheduled, on time the men came out to begin the removal. Before they began working, another inspection, more indepth, was done. Again he explained what was happening that day then went to work to rid our house of bats. The clean up was good. They worked without bothering me. Any Qs I had were answered. NO BATS WERE FOUND THAT DAY!! My husband was skeptical as he seen bats days before. THEY SENT OUT SOMEONE WITH PICTURES TO EXPLAIN WHY NO BATS WERE FOUND. 👏👏 Great Customer Service!! Lastly, they came back out to disinfect & clean up the 💩 left behind. They sent pictures to show the area was cleaned. We are happy with choosing A&A Wildlife.Posted on Google Chris HarrisTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Fred, Alfredo and the team did a great job on the exclusion work performed due to a concern with attic squirrels. They were responsive to my messaging, and returned for a follow up visit to address an issue. I would recommend working with this knowledgeable team to address any unwanted pest issues.Posted on Google Andrew KalterTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot say enough great things about Alfredo from A&A Wildlife. From start to finish, he was absolutely outstanding. His attention to detail was exceptional — he carefully photo-documented everything he did and walked us through each step of the process. Alfredo consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were fully informed, satisfied, and comfortable with the work being done. He provided regular updates on his findings and clearly explained both the issues and the fixes, which gave us complete confidence in his work. The quality of his workmanship was truly some of the best I’ve seen. On top of that, Alfredo was genuinely a pleasure to work with — professional, kind, and approachable throughout the entire experience. Customer service is absolutely not dead, and Alfredo is living proof of that. If you’re considering A&A Wildlife, ask for Alfredo — you will not be disappointed.Posted on Google christin PerezTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I started hearing noises in my attic and called a few companies to come take a look. One of them barely stepped a few feet into the attic and didn’t even walk around the outside of my house. A and A Wildlife Solution was a completely different experience. Fred took his time checking both my attic and the exterior of my home explained exactly what was going on and pointed out where the animals were getting in. He was really friendly easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. The price was fair and they were able to get me scheduled within a week, which I really appreciated. Alex came out to seal everything up and did a very thorough and clean job installing the wire mesh. He was also super nice and took the time to explain what was happening in my attic and how the fix would prevent it from happening again. great experience from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone dealing with wildlife getting into their home.Posted on Google Steven LeeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Really impressed by the level of quality, thoroughness, and friendliness of the amazing crew of Alfredo, Alberto, and Christian. I was having issues with mice and they documented and addressed every nook and cranny, and walked me through everything with pictures when they were done. Couldn't be happier with the service provided. Great job by all three!! UPDATE on 12/11/2025: Alfredo and his family-based crew came out and re-sealed my home from critters. He is incredibly knowledgeable and delivers top-notch customer service. Thank you again, Alfredo!!Posted on Google Don Nell SealsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Just wanted to say thank you to A&A Wildlife. Matt and his team provided us with excellent customer service from the initial phone call. They came out within 2days. Provided a very fair estimate and delivered 5-Star service. They replaced and added extra protection to keep those squirrels out for good! If you ever need to get rid of pest in your attic. Give them a call..Posted on Google ChasTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. “Terrible experience. This company is a complete waste of money when it comes to rodent control. They charged me a ridiculous amount and barely did anything. Rodents were still running around after their so-called ‘service,’ and when I called back, they gave me the runaround instead of fixing the problem. They didn’t seal entry points, didn’t follow through, and clearly don’t stand behind their work. Save yourself the frustration and call someone else who actually knows what they’re doing.”Posted on Google Dianne MartinTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We worked with A & A Wildlife and Home Solutions for two big jobs for our home. The same crew took care of needed exclusion work in our attic and checked the entire exterior and fixed any areas that needed to be sealed. Then they came back the next week as scheduled and removed all of the old insulation, disinfected and cleaned the attic before blowing in new TAP Pest Control Insulation. Everyone in the crew from A & A was amazing to work with. Dustin, who handled the scheduling of the job and did a great job of fitting it into our tight schedule and answered the phone EVERY time I called, you never get that kind of service these days! The crew who handled both jobs was great! Alfredo, Alberto and Alberto (jr), Albertson, Christian and Martin, were all professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They were quick to answer any question that I had and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.Posted on Google Janice HeizlerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This company is the best! Alfredo came today to check on a birds nest I had in my gutter. Not only did he fix that but he noticed a crack in the wood on my roof that could get water damage. He fixed it for me, painted and caulked it. If you ever need a company to take care of wildlife issues, I highly recommend them.
