Bat removal is complete. I can honestly say the job was damn near flawless. 1. A rep came out, inspected the area then explained next steps. Once we were on board, he gave an estimate. 2. As scheduled, on time the men came out to begin the removal. Before they began working, another inspection, more indepth, was done. Again he explained what was happening that day then went to work to rid our house of bats. The clean up was good. They worked without bothering me. Any Qs I had were answered.
NO BATS WERE FOUND THAT DAY!! My husband was skeptical as he seen bats days before. THEY SENT OUT SOMEONE WITH PICTURES TO EXPLAIN WHY NO BATS WERE FOUND. 👏👏 Great Customer Service!!
Lastly, they came back out to disinfect & clean up the 💩 left behind. They sent pictures to show the area was cleaned.

I started hearing noises in my attic and called a few companies to come take a look. One of them barely stepped a few feet into the attic and didn’t even walk around the outside of my house. A and A Wildlife Solution was a completely different experience.
Fred took his time checking both my attic and the exterior of my home explained exactly what was going on and pointed out where the animals were getting in. He was really friendly easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. The price was fair and they were able to get me scheduled within a week, which I really appreciated.
Alex came out to seal everything up and did a very thorough and clean job installing the wire mesh. He was also super nice and took the time to explain what was happening in my attic and how the fix would prevent it from happening again.
great experience from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone dealing with wildlife getting into their home.

“Terrible experience. This company is a complete waste of money when it comes to rodent control. They charged me a ridiculous amount and barely did anything. Rodents were still running around after their so-called ‘service,’ and when I called back, they gave me the runaround instead of fixing the problem. We worked with A & A Wildlife and Home Solutions for two big jobs for our home. The same crew took care of needed exclusion work in our attic and checked the entire exterior and fixed any areas that needed to be sealed. Then they came back the next week as scheduled and removed all of the old insulation, disinfected and cleaned the attic before blowing in new TAP Pest Control Insulation.
Everyone in the crew from A & A was amazing to work with. Dustin, who handled the scheduling of the job and did a great job of fitting it into our tight schedule and answered the phone EVERY time I called, you never get that kind of service these days! The crew who handled both jobs was great! Alfredo, Alberto and Alberto (jr), Albertson, Christian and Martin, were all professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They were quick to answer any question that I had and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

This company is the best! Alfredo came today to check on a birds nest I had in my gutter. Not only did he fix that but he noticed a crack in the wood on my roof that could get water damage. He fixed it for me, painted and caulked it. If you ever need a company to take care of wildlife issues, I highly recommend them.

Quite possibly the greatest service experience I've ever had owning Atlanta real estate for 15 years.
My review is specifically regarding Joselyn and Alfredo, who not only did everything possible to help me remove a crew of bats from a home I was selling in 3 days, but went out of their way (over a weekend) to make it as seamless, positive, thorough, and as stress-free as possible. Joselyn's coordination had me completed ahead of time with detailed photos, videos, & invoices to assure the buyer, and Alfredo's attention to detail was one of the most thorough displays of problem solving I've ever seen. This included providing a custom last-minute quote that tackled everything unique to the situation.
They did all of this while I was located in a different time zone, and once again: over a weekend/after-hours.
Can't recommend their services enough. Joselyn's customer service alone deserves the highest of praise. The professionalism & expertise of their crew is unmatched.

My Mother had some suspicion of a squirrel or similar "critter" in her attic, particularly at night, so I called A&A to have a look
While nothing was found {Whew!), Matt did show me where they could potentially come in and offered solutions to keep them out.
He was thorough, answered all of my questions and was clear in his answers and advice.

I was driving home from the gym a few days ago around 6am and saw about 20-30 bats flying around my home. I watched with shock as they all quickly flew up inside the gable above my garage!! I was obviously freaking out, so I immediately went to yelp to find the best company for this type of situation and found A&A Wildlife and Home Solutions. I called Matt and he sent his crew the next day to check it out. Alfredo, Alberto and Christian inspected the situation. Alfredo gave me a couple quotes based on the situation and we chose the more permanent solution as I do not want any future visitors. They were professional, friendly and honest. They showed me pictures of all the different crevices where bats and other critters could have entered or have entered my home. Best of all, they were able to complete the work on the same day! Thankfully the bats were not inside my attic, but just in the gable. All 32ish bats flew away one-by-one with a little coaxing. They added a drip edge with thick galvanized steel that wrapped around the edge and sealed the house from bats and any other critters that may attempt to enter. All the work they did on the home, looks clean and professional. I am so thankful that I will no longer have to worry about bats living in my home. They are the best!!
