Norcross Wildlife Removal & Exclusion Service
A & A’s exclusion program features a systematic closure of your Norcross home or business that prevents any wildlife from ever moving in. Most Norcross homes have openings and gaps that animals will enter through. Rodents only need a quarter to half inch hole to access a structure. Once inside, they will cause significant problems.
The Full Exclusion Service comes with a warranty that ensures no animals will re-infest your home. In the unlikely event an animal does get inside, we’ll come back to resolve the issue at no cost to you.
Benefits of Full Exclusion
- Guaranteed warranty that is transferable and good for the life of the home.
- A permanent solution, as opposed to a lifelong battle of trapping, poison baiting and removing dead rodents.
- Preventing possible disease transmissions such as Hantavirus Pulmonary Syndrome, Leptospirosis, Tularemia, Salmonellas and several others.
- Avoid the possibility of a fire and prevent costly damages to the home such as chewed electrical wires and soiled insulation.
- Fleas, ticks and mites will not be carried inside your home by wildlife.
- The optional clean-up service will insure a healthy living environment in the areas infested, plus the removal of evidence for future inspection purposes.

Norcross Wildlife Removal and Exclusion Process
Sealing animal entry points on a Norcross home or building is not a standardized process. Each structure has its own set of problems, openings and potential trouble spots. It takes a skilled technician with a trained eye to find all of the hard to find holes. Our technicians have the skill and experience needed to do the job right, guaranteed.
Unlike many other companies, we use quality materials such as galvanized steel wire screen, thick galvanized sheet metal and other products that will last the life of your Norcross home or commercial building. We treat your home as we would our own. Our exclusion technicians are talented carpenters. Not only do we seal the pesky critters out, we make it look good.
Norcross Wildlife Removal Phase 1 – Sealing Entry Points
Due to poor building codes in Georgia, a construction gap is likely present between the roof decking and fascia board around the roof line of your Norcross home. These gaps will usually measure half an inch to four inches or more. This gap is a common entryway for squirrels, rats, etc. to access your attic. This area needs to be sealed with galvanized sheet metal. This step is usually the longest of the exclusion process, requiring constant ladder maneuvering and attention to safety. The sheet metal is pre-bent and slid under the shingles while screwed into the fascia board to secure. If gutter covers are present, they are carefully taken off to access the construction gap. We then install sheet metal and properly reinstall the gutter covers.
Some Norcross homes may have aluminum drip edge installed over their construction gap. Understand that aluminum is not a rodent-proof material and can be chewed through. Furthermore, it is not installed in a way that seals out rodents. Its purpose is to protect from moisture, not squirrels and rodents.
Many other entries may exist around your Norcross home. Gable vents, utility penetrations, crawl space vents and other foundation / siding openings, to name a few. These areas usually need galvanized wire screen in the vents. Galvanized screen and professional-grade sealant are used to seal other holes.
Norcross Wildlife Removal Phase 2 – Animal Trapping and Removal
After sealing your Norcross home or business, it’s time to trap the wildlife and/or rodents. Trapping technique varies depending on animal(s) present. We return as often as necessary to remove the animals and reset the traps until they are completely eliminated. Sometimes it may be necessary to begin trapping prior to the exclusion work depending on the situation.
Norcross Wildlife Removal Phase 3 – Cleanup
When we’re confident all critters and rodents are gone and can’t get back in, it’s a good idea to clean up their mess. If you decide to sell your home, most home inspectors will find and report rodent evidence to the potential buyers or agency.
In many cases, a light clean-up is sufficient. We remove as much feces as possible using a HEPA vacuum. Our hospital-grade disinfectant is completely safe and has a very light, fresh scent. A fogger disperses it into the infested area, killing all surface bacteria, germs and viral pathogens. Other evidence such as tunnels and trails in the insulation will also be smoothed out to benefit future inspections.
Our Disinfectant Sanitizer Virucide kills harmful germs, bacteria, fungi and viruses. It disinfects hepatitis, hantavirus, avian flu, HIV and more. It also prevents and eliminates mildew. However, it is impossible to disinfect beneath the surface of the insulation. The only way to completely eliminate ALL evidence of rodents is to perform an attic restoration.
Attic & Crawlspace Restoration
A large infestation can ruin an attic, crawl space or other areas of the home. A restoration may be necessary. In this case, we can perform a partial or full removal and replacement of your insulation and vapor barrier for a complete clean. We may also scrub wood and other solid surfaces with disinfectant or seal with an encapsulating paint. For more details on insulation, Click Here.Schedule Your Inspection!

Ask the Owner
Do different animals ever co-exist in attics?
It is not uncommon to see different types of wildlife living in attics together. I have seen gray squirrels, flying squirrels, bats, rats and mice all occupying the same space. In these situations, we are still able to eliminate all wildlife at the same time.
