Exterior and interior inspection of house for squirrel and rodent entry. Took pictures for owner's review of damage. Recommended reasonable correction, which was also reasonably priced. Worked one day for placement of galvanized steel and then removed excrement and damage from insulation. Came back to check status of exclusion several days later. Provided three year written warranty with extended option after that. I have heard no "pitter-patter" of little feet in the walls or ceiling since!

From the beginning this company was on point. We had various pest in our attic! Tommy came out, did a thorough inspection and gave us what we felt to be an honest explanation of our problem and fair quote for the resolution. Once the work was completed, the house has been silent! Katy was on top of the scheduling and Allen was nothing less that professional with the interior work that needed to be done. Also the follow up was great. Allen came back as scheduled to check the traps, and he followed up a week later to make sure that we were pest free, removed the traps and sealed up the exits. I can't express how grateful we are to A&A for a rodent free home.

The NWCOA Certified Advanced Wildlife Control Operator Training (AOTC) covers advanced inspection and excxlusion, advanced removal techniques and tools, zoonotic disease education, advanced safety, specialty species and more.

The NWCOA Bat Standards Certification advances the knowledge of bat biology, behavior, identification, proper remediation of bat guano, inspection, safety, exclusion and more. Passing this exam ensures that we are fully capable of safely,humanely and effectively excluding bats and their feces.

The NWCOA Certified Bird Management Operator Course covers biology of a number of nuisance bird species, laws/regulations, disease, safety, control and advanced exclusion methods and more.
